From burn pot to blower motor, every part of your stove is checked, cleaned, tested, and adjusted as needed. Whether you book it as part of a seasonal program or a one-time visit, Pellet Stove Service Call™ delivers unmatched thoroughness and reliability.

Hassle Free Heat™ is our top-tier seasonal maintenance program—prepaid, thorough, and designed for customers who want reliable, uninterrupted heat all winter long. Essentially this is the End of Season Service™ with added feature—If your stove needs a return visit, to install parts or to simply clean it out a second time to restore functionality, —one is built into the plan at a reduced flat rate. The return service is capped at one hour of labor, regardless of distance or complexity—no inflated travel charges, no hidden fees.

End of Season Service™
A Thorough Prepaid Service Call—No Clock Watching
End of Season Service™ is a simple, prepaid off-season service call that goes deep into cleaning and diagnostics—with no time limit. I’ve performed this service for thousands of customers since 2003. The off-season is the best time to replace worn parts, fix installation issues, or upgrade components—without the time constraints of time. I block off 2 hours for each service but if it takes 3, so be it. Any return trip to install parts are simply billed at an hourly rate between May and August.
End of Season Service™ is ideal for repeat customers who want high-quality work, without time constraints and like supporting their “Stove Guy” so his business can remain in business.

Hearthwork™ is our brand of specialty pellet stove work that falls outside of routine maintenance and repair., to include; This includes expert re-installations, full stove refurbishing, interior upgrades, stone facing for mantels, surround enhancements, and other custom solutions that require time, craftsmanship, and experience.
Whether you're restoring a classic unit, relocating a stove, improving ventilation, or upgrading the look of your hearth, my Hearthwork™ service is tailored to meet your exact needs—with a focus on creating exactly what you envision.
Project scope and pricing are reviewed in advance. Work is scheduled seasonally based on complexity and my availability.
